Responsibilities
Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Greet and assist walk-in clients
Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
Make routine updates and changes to client insurance policies
Provide general customer service support and follow-up
Assist with additional office and administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
Strong computer literacy, with the ability to comfortably navigate multiple web-based systems (we work with 20+ insurance carrier platforms, each with its own website and tools)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment with direct client interaction
Preferred
Prior office experience
Insurance industry experience or training
Customer service: 3 years
Spanish
Insurance Producer License
