Senior Advanced Project Engineer

Responsibilities
Lead new product development and sustaining projects in the Supra and Onity product line
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product development processes
Ensure products meet customer needs and industry standards
Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and resources
Provide technical leadership and guidance to project team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
5 plus years of engineering experience in New Product Development within a global organization including leading at least two software/hardware products to high volume manufacturing
Ability to work in ambiguity and navigate through complex and uncertain situations
Strong project management, communication, presentation, leadership and collaboration skills
Servant leadership approach
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization
Preferred
Advanced engineering degree in a relevant field
Experience in the building automation industry and knowledge of industry standards and regulation
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desired
Experience using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
