Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of HR strategies that align with our organizational goals
Engage with department heads to assess workforce needs and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies
Monitor employee performance and facilitate professional development programs to enhance team capabilities
Oversee the resolution of employee relations issues with integrity and empathy, ensuring a harmonious workplace culture
Regularly analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, enabling proactive solutions
