Responsibilities
Greet clients with a smile, manage a multi-line phone system, and handle all incoming/outgoing mail
Open and close the office daily, ensuring the space is 'client-ready' (clean, prepped, and professional)
Manage office inventory/ordering and perform regular bank runs
Supporting our marketing/advertising team with events, campaign development & execution and brand awareness
Assisting the Managing Partner with independent projects involving HR, technology development, and business management
Qualification
Required
