Campus & Programmatic Recruiting Coordinator

The Campus & Programmatic Recruiting Coordinator plays a high-profile role in bringing the next generation of talent to CDW and delivering a world-class candidate experience. In this role, you will support Sales Intern and Account Representative hiring, working closely with candidates, recruiters, and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Support Sales Intern and Account Representative (AR) hiring by coordinating candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from application through offer and onboarding
Assist with email campaigns, outreach, and sourcing efforts to build engaged talent pipelines
Support scheduling a high volume of candidate interviews, managing communication across multiple channels including email, text, and phone
Own and maintain Excel-based candidate trackers, ensuring accurate, real-time visibility into candidate status across multiple requisitions
Manage, audit, and update recruiter and hiring manager requisitions in Workday
Own the new-hire pre-employment screening process, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and within required timelines
Coordinate and book candidate travel for orientation, ensuring accurate details and timely confirmations
Manage orientation-related communications with business partners, including coordinating headshots and scheduling coffee chats
Support the logistical planning and execution of the Summer Intern Program, with a strong focus on Week 1 orientation
Qualification
Required
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Demonstrated experience using Excel to track, manage, and audit data (including filters, formulas, and data validation)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Comfort adapting to change and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
Ability to work 40 hours per week
A proactive, team‑oriented mindset and willingness to take on new assignments in support of shared goals
Preferred
Previous experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience with Workday ATS and/or Talemetry CRM is a plus
Experience supporting early‑career, campus, or programmatic hiring initiatives
