Senior Sales Account Executive

Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with commercial customers including property management/development, office, education, retail, and more
Sell HVAC service agreements, replacement, retrofit, and project-based HVAC design/build solutions via end users
Work directly with operations and leadership to scope opportunities and win work
Own your pipeline from prospecting through close
Operate with autonomy, accountability, and local decision-making authority
Effectively hand project details off to project management team for execution
Qualification
Required
5+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical services sales experience
Strong network in the Greater Boston / North Shore market
Proven ability to sell replacement, retrofit, project, and service work
Comfortable working independently
CRM discipline and working knowledge of Salesforce
