Resume Screening: Review and assess applicants to identify qualified candidates
Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Hiring Coordination: Finalize hire dates, track onboarding steps, and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed
Process Management: Maintain accurate records and support the overall efficiency of our recruiting workflows
Fieldwork: The role may occasionally extend to field-based efforts, including promoting opportunities and proactively sourcing potential candidates
