Lead data analysis to enhance student success initiatives, using statistical techniques and tools
Design, develop, and implement Business Intelligence (BI) solutions for efficient data analysis
Create automated analytics reports and define metrics related to student success and institutional effectiveness
Assess, validate, and enhance models for predictive analytics and machine learning (ML)
Develop data visualization & storyboards (Tableau, PowerBI) and support SAP Cloud Dashboard validation

Required

Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify and leverage statistical correlations via advanced research methods and BI solutions
Synthesize complex, multi-dimensional data to support informed decision-making and institutional improvements
Utilize existing data warehouse models containing the entire student lifecycle
Responsible for all state and federal compliance reporting (OSHE, IPEDS, Perkins, etc.)
Maintain the college's Factbook and trend reports
Manage the IE data reporting repository (Teams channel)
Lead data analysis to enhance student success initiatives, using statistical techniques and tools
Design, develop, and implement Business Intelligence (BI) solutions for efficient data analysis
Create automated analytics reports and define metrics related to student success and institutional effectiveness
Assess, validate, and enhance models for predictive analytics and machine learning (ML)
Develop data visualization & storyboards (Tableau, PowerBI) and support SAP Cloud Dashboard validation
