Responsibilities
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for foodservice roles
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication
Manage candidate pipelines for high-volume foodservice positions such as cooks, dietary aides, and foodservice supervisors
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Train hiring managers on best practices in recruitment, including candidate evaluation, and compliance with hiring policies
Educate managers on behavioral interviewing techniques, bias reduction strategies, and effective candidate selection
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance
Monitor hiring trends, turnover rates, and workforce challenges to provide data-driven recommendations for recruitment strategies
Manage job postings across various platforms, ensuring visibility and compliance with industry and legal standards
Qualification
Required
1+ years previous experience in high volume full-cycle recruitment
