Administer Adobe Learning Manager (LMS)
Manage course uploads, enrollments, transcripts, and reports
Provide LMS user support and troubleshooting
Perform QA testing of eLearning content and links
Support instructional design using Articulate Storyline and PowerPoint
Maintain SharePoint documentation and Excel data accuracy
Qualification
Required
LMS administration experience
SCORM/xAPI content handling
Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint proficiency
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Adobe Learning Manager
Accessibility (WCAG) knowledge
Government or regulated environment experience
