Responsibilities
Transfer patient demographic and appointment data into EPIC
Assist with scrubbing patient schedules
Support inbound call queues
Perform patient registration and check-in/check-out functions
Schedule appointments and verify insurance information
Complete charge entry, audits, and resolve Epic work queues
Perform general clerical and front desk duties
Collaborate with clinical and revenue cycle teams
Provide a positive, patient-centered experience
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of healthcare administrative experience
EPIC experience required
Strong customer service skills
Must be computer savvy and detail-oriented
Preferred
OnBase experience strongly preferred
