Responsibilities
Oversee month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, and GAAP compliance
Partner with third-party logistics providers on inventory accounting and reconciliations
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis
Implement automation and process improvements across accounting workflows
Manage and develop accounting team members
Provide financial insights and reporting to executive leadership
Maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
8+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong technical accounting background with ERP optimization experience
Experience with SAP Business One
Advanced Excel and systems integration expertise
Experience with inventory, payroll, sales tax, and multi-channel revenue
Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Preferred
Active CPA license
