Responsibilities
Manage the top of funnel candidate activity to include reviewing inbound candidate applications and evaluating qualifications to identify the strongest candidates based on defined criteria
Conduct initial candidate phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience and culture fit
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and timely communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process
Perform full cycle recruiting for select assigned positions as needed
Maintain a seamless and efficient candidate experience that results in a positive impression of IXL Learning, regardless of the outcome
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
1-2 years of relevant recruiting experience
Experience with screening candidate resumes and assessing skills and qualifications
Experience in conducting qualifying phone screens
Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS, Google Suite
