Mechanical Engineering foundation with hands-on CAE experience
Strong C++ skills used specifically in CAE tools, simulation, or automation
Experience with CAE software such as Nastran, Abaqus, or similar FEA tools
Ability to support and enhance engineering simulation workflows
Comfortable working in a hybrid onsite environment (4 days onsite in Dearborn)
Hands-on CAE / FEA domain experience
Experience working with Nastran (or similar FEA solvers)
Mechanical Engineering background (strongly preferred)
Experience designing and analyzing parts using CAE tools
C++ experience within engineering or simulation applications
End-user–facing CAE application work (analysis, design, some coding)
Supports engineers running simulations
Uses Jira & GitHub
Linux environment (Perl is a plus)
4–5 years of experience (less may be considered if CAE skills are strong)
