Responsibilities

Own and execute the enterprise and strategic accounts sales strategy, with a focus on high-value, complex opportunities
Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering professional growth, accountability, and a culture of excellence across enterprise and strategic accounts
Lead and develop a sales team responsible for enterprise, national, and multi-location customers
Personally engage in key enterprise deals, executive conversations, and strategic negotiations
Build and manage a predictable enterprise pipeline, including forecasting, deal reviews, and performance reporting
Partner closely with Marketing to align enterprise targeting, ABM initiatives, and demand generation programs
Collaborate with Operations, Production, and Customer Success to deliver seamless execution for complex customer programs
Establish scalable sales processes, CRM standards, and governance to support long-term growth
Identify vertical market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies for priority industries
Analyze win/loss trends, deal economics, and customer feedback to continuously refine the sales approach
Represent Sales at the executive level and contribute to overall company growth strategy

Required

10+ years of B2B sales experience, including leadership of enterprise sales teams
Proven success managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
Comfortable operating as both a strategic leader and a hands-on closer
Experienced in building trust with executive stakeholders (C-suite, VPs, procurement)
Strong collaborator who can align Sales, Marketing, and Operations around shared goals
Disciplined, data-driven, and confident using CRM and forecasting tools
Adept at navigating pricing, margin, and contract complexity
Track record of closing and growing large, multi-year accounts
Experience with consultative, solution-based selling
Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and deal governance skills

Preferred

Experience in printing, manufacturing, logistics, or related B2B services is a plus
