Aircraft Technician
Southwest Aerospace Technologies (SWAT) is a trusted FAA 145 and EASA-certified Repair Station, providing expert parts and maintenance services for various aircraft. The Aircraft Technician will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs, ensuring compliance with FAA and EASA standards while maintaining detailed records of all services performed.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various aircraft systems, structures, and powerplants
Troubleshooting, diagnosing issues
Ensuring compliance with FAA and EASA standards
Maintaining detailed records of all services performed
Collaboration with a dedicated team to ensure the safety, functionality, and performance of the aircraft
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Aircraft Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair practices
Skilled in Aircraft Structures and knowledge of Aircraft Systems
Expertise in working with PowerPlant systems
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex aircraft systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
Commitment to safety regulations and attention to detail
Preferred
Certification as an FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanic is highly preferred
Previous experience in maintaining Bombardier, Embraer, or similar aircraft is an advantage
