Responsibilities
Lead full project lifecycle delivery including governance, scope, schedule, resources, and reporting
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across technical and business teams
Oversee technical implementation components including integrations, reporting, data migration, and system configuration changes
Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury functions
Drive stakeholder alignment, communications, and change management efforts
Ensure business adoption and successful operational outcomes
Collaborate with external vendors and implementation partners to achieve delivery goals
Provide clear and timely executive status reporting and escalation management
Qualification
Required
8+ years of project management experience delivering large, complex programs
Proven experience managing IT projects and finance-related technology initiatives
Experience managing projects involving Accounting teams, processes, and technologies, particularly Intercompany Accounting
Strong leadership presence with ability to drive accountability and delivery across teams
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated success managing vendors and packaged software implementations
Strong collaboration, risk management, and issue resolution capabilities
Experience using PPM tools and understanding project financial management concepts
Preferred
Experience in high-growth or biotech environments
Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) and/or PMP certification
Experience implementing or expanding intercompany accounting or treasury platforms (e.g., Blackline, Oracle EBS, Kyriba)
