Responsibilities
Develop an integrated offensive and defensive legal strategy to drive and protect Aritzia’s Digital Division
Support the Digital Division’s business activities and transactions with third parties
Champion compliance with privacy laws across the Digital Division
Champion legal compliance across the Digital Division and drive positive outcomes in litigation
Qualification
Required
Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in commercial and privacy law
Law Degree from a recognized university
License to practice law in the U.S
A deep knowledge of applicable data privacy regulations and standards, including PIPEDA, PIPL, CCPA and GDPR
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
