The role involves providing support and administration for Procore and related ERP workflows, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and user adoption across teams.

Responsibilities
Providing day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and administration for Procore and related ERP systems
Managing user access, permissions, configurations, and basic system maintenance
Supporting issue resolution, enhancements, and workflow improvements in partnership with IT and vendors
Assisting with documentation, training, and best-practice guidance for end users
Helping monitor system usage and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and adoption
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting ERP platforms, construction management systems, or enterprise business applications
Hands-on exposure to Procore is strongly preferred, with openness to adjacent ERP or project systems experience
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working directly with non-technical business users
Experience in construction, utilities, engineering, or field-based environments is a plus
