Responsibilities
Explore operational, financial, and experiential data from internal and external sources with curiosity
Think strategically about how to measure performance and recommend changes that will improve KPIs, operational processes, financial outcomes, the guest experience, and more
Develop collaborative relationships with client executives and operations leaders to understand their strategic priorities and business objectives
Learn the inner workings of the client’s locations, including physical configuration, technology, and operational processes
Maintain and enhance the data visualization reporting
Report operational and financial metrics and calculate the economic and experiential impact of your work
Manage and/or complete ad hoc analytics projects that will benefit your client or operations team
Communicate frequently and clearly to ensure your efforts align with the account’s operations executives and the E15 Director of Strategy and Analytics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's (or higher) degree in business analytics, economics, finance, statistics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in an analytical or consulting role
Great work ethic with a strong sense of urgency to support teammates and stakeholders
Able to pivot as their needs and priorities change
Proven track record of thinking strategically and delivering actionable insights
Advanced data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform preferred, but not required (e.g., Power Automate, Power Query, Power Apps)
Foodservice experience preferred, but not required
