Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, fostering strong technical execution and healthy team culture
Own the technical strategy and delivery for a portfolio of digital marketing tools and platforms
Partner with Product, UX, and business leaders to align engineering execution with company goals
Champion best practices across software development, testing, deployment, and DevOps
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve platform scalability, reliability, and speed-to-market

Required

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S
Strong software engineering background with the ability to quickly ramp up on Java / Spring and React
5-6+ years of prior experience as an individual contributor, with progression into a current engineering leadership role
Proven ability to solve complex problems, drive clarity, and make sound technical decisions
Interest and enthusiasm in leveraging AI to improve software engineering effectiveness
