Responsibilities
Deliver on-site Level 2 support for incidents, service requests, and problem tickets aligned with SLAs
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows and macOS systems, laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and peripherals
Perform endpoint security remediation and compliance activities as assigned by Security teams
Provide hands-and-feet support for network, system administration teams, and on-site executive or board-level events
Manage Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) , PC refresh cycles, imaging, configuration, deployment, and decommissioning
Own IT asset lifecycle management , inventory audits, stock reporting, and vendor coordination including RMAs
Partner closely with the central IT Service Desk to ensure seamless issue resolution and high customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in IT field services / deskside support within enterprise environments
Strong hands-on expertise across Windows, Apple devices, endpoint hardware, and infrastructure support
CompTIA A+ certification (mandatory)
Solid understanding of ITIL processes, incident/problem management, and customer-facing support models
Excellent communication skills with the ability to support senior stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment
