Administrative Assistant B - Limited Service
The Vermont Department of Health is seeking an individual to join the Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS) team. This position is responsible for maintaining the schedule of survey mailings and conducting telephone follow-ups, alongside data management tasks.

Responsibilities
Maintaining the schedule of survey mailings and telephone follow-up to those who do not respond by mail or web
Preparing survey mailings
Conducting telephone interviews
Entering data from completed surveys
Ensuring the quality of mail preparation and data entry
Using specialized software for data management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
OR Associate's degree and one (1) year providing administrative-level duties for a project, program, or operation
OR High school graduation or equivalent and two (2) years performing administrative-level duties for a project, program, or operation

familiarize and follow PRAMS's strict procedural protocol
