Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate recurring client meetings, providing comprehensive updates, strategic insights, and actionable recommendations
Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely completion of all follow-up tasks
Collaborate directly with clients to understand their objectives and align on new and ongoing marketing campaign strategies
Report on the performance of active Google marketing campaigns, focusing on key metrics and return on investment (ROI)
Strategize and manage ongoing marketing campaign performance to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction
Coordinate closely with the internal marketing team to continuously improve campaign outcomes and achieve client goals
Actively participate in mandatory morning meetings to ensure team alignment and synchronize daily activities
Manage and clear tasks efficiently within ClickUp, our company's task management software
Document detailed notes from all client meetings and accurately track lead information in client systems (e.g., CRM)
Qualification
Required
1 year of experience with Google Ads (required)
1 year of marketing experience (required)
1 year of marketing agency experience (required)
Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely with discipline and focus
Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage tasks and client relationships effectively
