Responsibilities
Lead business capability modeling with senior leaders and SMEs
Build and maintain a Business Capability Catalog and capability maps
Map capabilities to applications, integrations, data flows, and platforms (Ardoq)
Support application rationalization, ERP transformation, and M&A integration
Define architecture standards, reference architectures, and guardrails across application, data, and infrastructure domains
Provide strategic technology guidance and investment insights
Partner with delivery teams and Solution Architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture
Maintain the enterprise architecture repository and create clear, decision‑ready architecture views
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or systems architecture
Experience facilitating business capability modeling
Strong background in application, data, integration, and infrastructure architecture
Ability to communicate technology concepts to business leaders
Proven influence and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience in multi‑ERP or acquisition‑driven environments
Hands‑on with Ardoq or similar EA tools
Experience in Agile or product‑based delivery environments
