Responsibilities
Appear regularly in probate court (virtual and in-person)
Handle contested matters, objections, and fiduciary disputes
Review and finalize probate and estate filings
Defend estates and fiduciaries in high-conflict situations
Majority probate administration & litigation
~10–20% estate planning oversight
Occasional guardianship work
Occasional real estate matters
Motion practice and hearings
Qualification
Required
JD with active bar license or recently passed bar
Strong interest in litigation and court work
Comfortable advocating and handling disputes
Preferred
Civil litigation experience helpful but not required
Probate or estate experience a plus, not required
