Responsibilities
Help with inbound and outbound inspections of the rental fleet
Create rental contracts and request insurance for rental department as needed
Stage and organize the equipment
Answer inbound calls for the rental department, taking reservations and setting up rentals for customers
Providing knowledgeable customer service in person, via phone and email
Assist with maintaining proper condition of the vehicles for rental readiness
Tracking/coordinating with Service and customers regarding damage concerns
Obtaining rentals through outside vendors as needed
Qualification
