Managing TTAB proceedings, including oppositions and cancellations
Drafting and responding to cease-and-desist letters
Advising on trademark use, policing, and brand protection strategies
Handling copyright and domain name matters (UDRPs)
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
3-6 years of experience in trademark prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement (U.S. experience required; international experience a plus)
Demonstrated expertise in conducting trademark searches and assessing clearance
Preparing and prosecuting trademark applications before the USPTO
Managing TTAB proceedings, including oppositions and cancellations
Drafting and responding to cease-and-desist letters
Advising on trademark use, policing, and brand protection strategies
Handling copyright and domain name matters (UDRPs)
Strong research, writing, and communication skills, with proven client-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-office team
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Robust experience with trademark searching databases and tools, both subscription-based and free-of-charge
