Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the Site Data Integrity Program
Maintain expert-level knowledge of data integrity regulations, quality requirements, and industry expectations
Identify data integrity risks and gaps, communicate findings to Site Management, and develop effective mitigation strategies
Coordinate data quality, security, and maintenance activities to ensure compliant data supports business processes
Define data elements and establish policies and procedures for data collection, accuracy, and lifecycle management
Conduct tests, audits, and assessments of data systems to ensure compliance and reliability
Ensure data quality is consistently maintained to meet operational and regulatory needs
Create data process maps and support risk‑reduction initiatives for data owners and Quality representatives
Provide expertise in data management for moderately complex projects
Develop methodologies and metrics to track performance against Data Integrity objectives
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Follow all safety and health requirements to protect oneself and others
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
4–6 years of relevant experience
Valid driver's license and passport
Ability to travel occasionally for business needs
Advanced knowledge of data integrity principles, quality systems, and regulatory expectations
Ability to influence and apply industry concepts, theories, and best practices
Works independently with minimal supervision, using judgment and experience to resolve complex issues
May assist in training or reviewing the work of peers
Regular interaction with supervisors, peers, subordinates, and external vendors
Regularly required to sit, talk, and hear
Frequently required to use hands for handling and reaching
Occasionally required to stand and walk
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
