Responsibilities
Responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega solution frameworks
Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams
Provides thought-leadership to clients across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements
Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features
Works in conjunction with the project manager to size, manage scope and risk
Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit)
Participates in the development of additional consulting opportunities within the customer base
Responsible for overseeing work of a team and responsible for code quality and merges
Working with onshore counterpart and BAs and drive the deliverables of the team consisting of 5 individuals
Qualification
Required
LSA Certified (at least level 1)
Customer service framework implementation experience
Pega RPA design and implementation experience
Experience in architecting and designing Pega based BPM/CRM solutions for large programs
Experience in designing enterprise class structure and foundational components
Experience integrating enterprise applications with Pega solutions
Preferred
Software development (Java, SQL)
Knowledge of Agile development and delivery models
Experience in working on various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors etc
Conversant in + other programming languages (e.g., Java, .net, React, Cloud concepts, MuleSoft, COSMOS DB) an advantage
Designing class structures, application frameworks, and data models: Service Connector, integrating PRPC to third-party systems using RESTful Services (JSON, XML, HTTP), integrating Pega with other Technology Platforms, API, Data model, UI, security in PEGA 8
Knowledge of banking, FS domain an advantage
