Responsibilities
Design and architect Okta IAM solutions aligned with business and security requirements
Implement SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Universal Directory
Integrate Okta with cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise applications
Configure SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM
Lead Okta tenant setup, customization, and best practices
Support identity governance, access policies, and security controls
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams
Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and optimization
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IAM teams
Ensure compliance with security standards and audit requirements
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience as an Okta Architect or IAM Architect
Expertise in Okta SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, Workflows
Deep understanding of IAM concepts and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP)
Experience integrating Okta with enterprise applications (SaaS & custom apps)
