Responsibilities

Develop innovative solutions to address creator needs and boost their success on Amazon
Partner with Business, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams to design and maintain scalable, user-friendly analytics tools
Provide actionable insights to senior leaders, informing strategies in critical areas such as creator compensation and monetization; creator satisfaction; marketing segmentation; content quality
Help define our data acquisition and intelligence strategy for creator-related data
Tackle challenging problems that directly impact millions of creators and customers

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
Experience developing and presenting recommendations of new metrics allowing better understanding of the performance of the business

Preferred

Master's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
Experience in analysis of large volume of data to drive analysis and to make decisions
Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
Experience in translating business needs into detailed feature requirements
Knowledge of key technology and market trends
Digital commerce experience and a passion for social commerce
