Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform solutions across the contract
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Power Platform and Microsoft O365 configuration within assigned areas of expertise
Design and develop solutions using:
Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows)
Power BI (dashboards, reports, data modeling, and analytics)
SharePoint Online (sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and integrations)
Ensure SharePoint and Power Platform solutions are:
Visually professional and consistent with organizational branding
Optimized for usability, accessibility, and user experience
Scalable, secure, sustainable, and compliant with governance standards
Provide technical leadership and mentorship, offering guidance on design decisions, troubleshooting, enhancements, and best practices
Collaborate with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality solutions that support clinical workflows
Ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards, are clinically acceptable, and align with organizational and contractual requirements
Establish and enforce standards, documentation, and governance practices for Power Platform and SharePoint development
Support ongoing maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of existing solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in relative field
Must have experience in SharePoint design that incorporates visual professionalism and maximizes user experience
Minimum 3 years' experience serving in a leadership role designing, implementation, and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
