1+ years expFuyao Group is seeking a Legal Intern to provide miscellaneous administrative support to the Legal department. The intern will assist with visa and immigration applications, document management, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of visa and immigration applications
Collect and revise the materials for visa and green card applications; communicate with applicants concerning issues; coordinate between outside counsels and internal applicants
Provide assistance to the senior legal counsel and management team on various visa & immigration matters, compliance, and projects as assigned
Assist with document management, translation and other administrative duties
Other duties as delegated by General Counsel

Qualification
Required
Good written and oral communication skills in English and preferably bilingual in Mandarin Chinese
1 to 3 years experience and/or training in legal administrative support; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
college degree
This is an office job requiring sitting for most of the day. Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses, hearing protection and steel-toed work boots on the production floor
Self-motivated with a high degree of attention to detail, and excellent teamwork and writing and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work and respond to multiple demands while meeting deadlines
Strong work ethics, understand business and practical considerations, and work in a fast-paced environment with team collaboration
Strong research and writing skills
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the Company
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within the legal department and across all businesses
