Loan Sales Coordinator

The Loan Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring a world-class customer experience throughout the loan process, from origination to closing, by collecting necessary data and maintaining compliance standards.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to all customers both over the phone and in-person
Expected to follow-up with customers by telephone to request loan verifications and documents need to close loans
Collect and organize loan verifications and calculate qualifying income
Ensure all loans meet compliance standards set by policy and procedures
Maintain office cash with accuracy and proper security
Receive, track, and post all payments and fees to customer accounts in compliance with Company policy
Fill-in branch duties when called upon including processing credit loan applications and using product knowledge to present loan solutions to current and potential customers
Help with monthly Branch Self-Assessment responsibilities
Other duties as assigned by leadership
Qualification
Required
High school degree or equivalent
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products
Data entry proficiency
Valid Driver's License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage
Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks
Preferred
Previous experience in a related field
