The Quality Supervisor will lead a team of QC Technicians to ensure product quality and compliance with safety and performance standards, while driving continuous improvement in production processes.

Responsibilities
Supervise, coach, schedule, and guide QC personnel across all shifts
Train team members on inspection methods, metrology tools, drawings, QMS practices, and best‑in‑class quality techniques
Verify product conformance to internal standards and customer requirements
Approve first‑piece/first‑article inspections and validate line setup checks
Keep all inspection and test equipment properly used, maintained, and calibrated
Stay current on relevant product, design, operations, and quality documentation
Support root cause analysis through the 8D process, with focus on containment, RCA, and effectiveness verification
Coordinate MRB/NCM activities and contribute to strengthening the company's Quality Management System
Work closely with Production leadership to prioritize QC activities and meet manufacturing goals
Provide timely, clear feedback to ensure product acceptance and prevent issues before they occur
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in a technical field
3+ years of experience supervising Quality personnel in a production or manufacturing environment
Experience working in an ISO 9001-based quality system
Proficiency with engineering drawings, specifications, and metrology tools
Preferred
Certified Lead Auditor or ASQ Quality certification
Experience working within QMS frameworks beyond ISO 9001 (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO/TS22163)
Skill in training others on inspection and quality techniques
Familiarity with ERP/MES systems, and quality methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, and 5S
