Responsibilities
Develop and maintain advanced reporting systems that deliver key business insights to executive management for strategic decision-making
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and provide recommendations on business strategy and operations
Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the organization’s performance across various metrics
Collaborate with senior leadership to refine reporting processes and enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of executive communications
Lead cross-functional projects that require synthesizing data from various sources and presenting complex information in an understandable format
Serve as a liaison between Information Security teams and senior executives, ensuring data accuracy and relevancy in reports
Implement and oversee quality control measures to maintain the integrity of all executive-level reporting
Ability to effectively and accurately convey information to others
Performs related duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Technology, Information systems or related field
8- 10 years as a leader in information security or other technology disciplines
Demonstrated experience creating compelling, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and materials
Advanced proficiency in Tableau
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Experience handling confidential and sensitive information in a professional and responsible manner
Develop unique strategies to promote the effectiveness of the group
Maintains clear and open communications
Creates a climate of collaboration and teamwork
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
Write complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from Snowflake
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs)
Translate business requirements into scalable and insightful visualizations
Automate recurring reporting processes and optimize workflows
Present findings and insights to executive leadership in a clear and compelling manner
Develop and deliver executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate complex insights, trends, and business implications
Translate technical findings and analyses into visually compelling narratives that support decision-making
Maintain a consistent and professional visual identity across all presentation materials, adhering to brand and communication standards
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance storytelling through visualizations, infographics, and concise messaging
Support quarterly business reviews, governance reviews, and strategic planning sessions with high-impact presentation materials
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective and professional relationships across the organization and with customers
High learning agility with the ability to learn and integrate business variables and learn new systems and platforms
Strong analytical skills & problem-solving abilities; solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment
Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
