Responsibilities

Build customer-facing web content: Build homepages, content pages, ads and banners within our content management system
Work cross-functionally: Ensure brand alignment with customer service, digital marketing, brand marketing, merchandising and leadership teams
Review content: Audit existing web content for potential improvements or corrections
Maintain delivery schedule: Adjust as needed and communicate with brand creative partners
Focus on customer experience: Continually analyze, execute, and provide improvements to the customer experience as it relates to category and product page content

Qualification

Content Management SystemsE-commerce ExperienceDigital MarketingAdobe Creative SuiteBachelor’s Degree

Required

1-3 years' experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field
Working knowledge within content management systems

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion or Business
