Lead sales strategy and execution with a strong track record of growing market share in the region
Develop and implement commercial plans aligned with organizational growth targets
Conduct market insights and competitive analysis to identify expansion opportunities
Work cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, customer support, and other internal teams
Build and sustain high‑value partnerships with key business stakeholders
Track performance metrics and deliver regular reporting to senior leadership
Manage a business currently valued at approximately $10M, with expectations of rapid growth
Contribute to budgeting, financial planning, and performance monitoring
Analyze ROI and drive team productivity using available business intelligence tools
Identify, negotiate, and secure new partnerships that add value to the ecosystem

A goal‑driven mindset with demonstrated business management capabilities
10+ years of leadership experience, ideally in a commercial or sales-focused role
