Responsibilities
Administers, configures, and supports the Yardi/ERP system, including custom reports, data import/exports, and integration with other platforms
Designs, develops, and deploys AI-driven solutions using platforms such as Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and other approved automation tools
Builds automation agents and workflows that support company departments
Develops internal conversational assistants and task-specific bots while ensuring compliance with AI governance and security protocols
Partners with business units to analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement scalable solutions
Maintains documentation of AI models, prompts, workflows, and solution architecture
Develops and maintains custom applications, web tools, reporting dashboards, and workflow tools that support business operations
Manages integrations between Yardi/ERP, property management systems, CRM, ADP, SharePoint, and other business platforms
Builds and maintains APIs, connectors, and data pipelines to ensure accurate, real-time synchronization across systems
Supports version control, testing, and deployment of new features within the company’s application environment
Designs and optimizes SharePoint sites, lists, workflows, and document libraries
Maintains Power Automate flows, security permissions, and cross-department automation solutions
Develops dashboards, analytics reports, and self-service data tools supporting department reporting
Maintains data quality standards, troubleshoots discrepancies, and develops automated alerts or workflows for operational issues
Supports data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes across systems
Assists internal stakeholders in identifying technology needs and translating them into technical solutions
Serves as a subject-matter expert for AI literacy, digital workflows, and technology adoption initiatives
Provides support for Help Desk tickets, including troubleshooting system access issues, software errors, and hardware needs
Assists with onboarding/offboarding technology tasks as needed
Participates in special IT projects, system upgrades, equipment rollouts, and emergency response support
Supports technology training initiatives and employee AI/automation upskilling
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
A minimum of one year's experience in software, application, or AI development, including exposure to full‑stack development, API integration, and modern AI frameworks
Familiarity with modern AI frameworks (e.g. OpenAi, Azure AI Services, Copilot Studio)
Demonstrated experience implementing AI or machine learning tools within business systems or automation platforms
Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem—Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 administration
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, including data management and reporting
Proficiency with database technologies (SQL Server, data integration tools)
Understanding of data governance, cybersecurity, and AI compliance best practices
Strategic and analytical thinker who aligns technology solutions with business goals
Proven ability to analyze business processes and design technology-based improvements
Proactive problem solver with strong project management skills
Adaptable and curious, with a willingness to explore and pilot emerging technologies
