Responsibilities
Conduct project execution using a global delivery model for design, development, support, and maintenance of ERP PeopleSoft applications for the HCM modules Payroll for North America, Benefits, and Core HR
Utilized development tools such as People Tools 8.5X, People Code, Application Engine, File Layout, Component Interface, SQR, PS Queries, BI Publisher, Cobol’s, SQL developer and IBM Mainframe
During the application maintenance, tasks carried out like fit-gap analysis, technical retrofits, testing, and reports comparison
Expertise in identifying and resolving issues across various project stages, including post-production, system testing and development
To improve application performance, product-level issues were discussed and resolved with the ERP PeopleSoft application product team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equiv) in CompSci, Engg (Comp/Mech/Electronic) or related field
5 years of experience in occupation involving similar duties/technical capabilities
