Responsibilities
Provide sustainment support for the DOS HxGN EAM system, with emphasis on existing configurations and limited enhancement of new functionality
Support EAM solutions customized to meet unique transit and railroad operating processes and regulatory requirements
Research, analyze, and resolve system issues, errors, and user support requests
Assist with go-live and post-go-live support activities
Support DOS business leads in conducting requirements-gathering workshops
Perform gap analysis between current and desired business processes and system capabilities
Design solutions leveraging HxGN EAM out-of-the-box functionality and collaborate with technical teams on custom solutions where required
Identify opportunities for system optimization based on evolving business processes
Provide consultation on asset management best practices across maintenance, inspection, reliability, and lifecycle management
Support core HxGN EAM functional areas including Work Orders, Planning, Equipment, and Asset Management (core and mobile)
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of hands-on HxGN EAM experience (version 11 or higher)
Minimum 5 years of experience extending HxGN EAM using the Extensibility Framework
Strong proficiency in FlexSQL development and implementation
At least 5 years of experience delivering enterprise EAM system implementations
Minimum 5 years leading or supporting EAM solution development teams
Solid experience with Work and Asset Management functions (Work Orders, Planning, Equipment, etc.)
