Responsibilities
Lead the migration of Atlassian ecosystem tools, including JIRA and Confluence, while ensuring smooth and secure transitions
Configure and optimize Atlassian tools, resolving integration challenges
Collaborate with teams to ensure system performance aligns with organizational requirements
Manage project timelines, perform risk assessments, and provide guidance and training for end-users
Qualification
Required
Experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence, including migration, configuration, and customization
Proficiency in incident troubleshooting, integration management, and performance optimization for Atlassian systems
Knowledge of scripting and automation using tools like Python, REST APIs, or similar technologies
Understanding of DevOps practices and experience with related tools
Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and support users effectively
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience
Preferred
Atlassian certifications
Prior experience with highly regulated environments
