Workday HCM/Compensation Consultant

Responsibilities
Plan and Configure Solutions: Plan, gather requirements, and configure the Workday core HCM and core compensation modules to meet the client's business needs, ensuring alignment with their overall business strategy
Deliver Implementation Projects: Lead the implementation of Workday HCM and Compensation solutions, including fit analysis, unit testing, rollout, and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption
Resolve Configuration Issues: Resolve configuration and functional issues across various core HCM and core compensation modules, applying deep expertise in Workday solutions to drive effective issue resolution
Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure that solutions meet their requirements
Provide Ongoing Support: Deliver post-implementation support to clients, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring that the Workday solution continues to meet their evolving business needs
Qualification
Required
Deep Expertise in Workday HCM and Compensation: Proven experience in implementing and supporting Workday core HCM and core compensation modules, with a strong understanding of configuration options and best practices
Experience with Fit Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Skilled in conducting fit analysis and gathering requirements to inform Workday HCM and Compensation solution design and configuration
Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting: Experienced in resolving complex configuration and functional issues across various core HCM and core compensation modules, leveraging deep knowledge of Workday solutions
Implementation Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead the implementation of Workday HCM and Compensation solutions, including unit testing, rollout, and post-implementation support
Business Needs Analysis: Experienced in analyzing client business needs and developing solutions that align with their overall business strategy, utilizing consulting skills and business knowledge
Preferred
Advanced Workday Module Knowledge: Experience with additional Workday modules beyond core HCM and core compensation, enabling a broader understanding of the Workday ecosystem
Industry-Specific Compensation Expertise: Familiarity with industry-specific compensation practices and regulations, allowing for tailored solution design and implementation
Cloud-Based Solution Integration: Exposure to integrating Workday with other cloud-based solutions, enhancing the ability to develop comprehensive solutions that meet client needs
