Responsibilities
Support and lead daily Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy including but not limited to gathering materials, facilitating exposures that involve more than one person, supporting patients during and after exposures, helping them increase the intensity or variability of exposures
Support other therapists such as co-leading content, communicating needs outside the group room, writing on the board, etc
Demonstrate or perform interoceptive with patients
Support in program day to day logistics including but not limited to attendance, scheduling, printing materials, prepping rooms, administering/entering patient data measures
Support general administrative tasks such as making copies, making binders, printing group materials, etc
Engage in frequent communication and collaboration with team members
Guiding group in a scripted meditation
Chart progress of patients
Communicate patient progress with team
Check and respond to daily emails and EMR messages
Maintain organizational systems
Communicate patient requests with doctors/nurses/therapists
Maintain patient privacy at all times
Participate in professional development activities
Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Have two years' experience working with mental health patients, with experience with OCD preferred
Experience successfully working with patients with significant emotional and behavioral needs
Excellent time management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple demands simultaneously in a fast paced and changing environment
Ability to maintain patient privacy at all time
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing, bending and moving
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
