Senior Meals Administrative Assistant/Outreach Specialist

Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc is looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to join their Senior Meals teams as an Administrative Assistant/Outreach Specialist. This position is responsible for administering Senior Meals outreach to clients, conducting billing, and providing clerical support as necessary.

Responsibilities

Coordinates and provides outreach and referral services for all program participants, to include accurate reporting for home delivered and congregate clients
Provides clerical and administrative support, to include billing, tracking, answering phones, client call backs, turn around documents, and miscellaneous items as necessary
Assists with special projects, attends trainings as necessary and assists in dining room as necessary
Oversees and executes CFI billing as required by Agency and funder for prompt and efficient payment
Performs other Program related duties as assigned and as allowable within grant/funding regulations, or per Program Director or agency directive. To include working collaboratively with the team and Agency members for the best outcome of the Program

Required

Experience in administering outreach services
Ability to conduct billing for CFI Program
Clerical skills for completing various duties
Ability to provide program support as necessary
Experience in coordinating outreach and referral services

Ability to provide clerical and administrative support including billing, tracking, answering phones, and client call backs
Willingness to assist with special projects and attend trainings
Ability to assist in dining room as necessary
Experience in overseeing and executing billing as required by Agency and funder
Ability to perform other Program related duties as assigned
Ability to work collaboratively with the team and Agency members
