Media Coordinator
ICG•ADV is a full-service advertising agency based in Oklahoma City, and they are seeking a Media Coordinator to support the planning, buying, and performance tracking of advertising campaigns. The role involves working with various media channels and collaborating with the Media Director to implement media buys and manage analytics reporting.

Responsibilities
Work with the Media Director on the implementation of broadcast, radio, digital, print, and outdoor media buys
Collaborate with the Media Director on order entry, makegoods and revisions, and work within flowcharts and buying software for all updates
Manage the buy reconciliation and billing process, while communication with the finance department
Manage media trafficking and communication internally and with vendors on creative assets or other needs to execute the media buys
Lead in the visualization of digital analytics reporting
Research and brainstorm media ideas based on audience insights
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication
High-attention to detail
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Must love numbers and math 🤓
Education or experience in the communications or advertising field
