Randstad is seeking a curious and self-motivated Procurement Analyst to join their Asset Management team in Altamonte Springs. The role focuses on evaluating sourcing options, reviewing vendor quotes, and conducting cost-benefit analyses to ensure effective procurement processes.

Responsibilities

Evaluate whether products should be sourced through Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) or third-party vendors based on department guidelines and value
Review vendor quotes for labor and parts to ensure pricing aligns with organizational guidelines. Ensure all repairs outside of contract coverage are billed at negotiated rates
Review equipment repair history and perform cost-benefit analyses to determine if repairs are cost-effective or if equipment replacement is necessary

Required

Bachelor's Degree required (Business, Supply Chain, or Finance preferred)
3+ years of related experience is preferred, but we are open to high-potential candidates with a strong science/business background and a desire to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to learn computerized data systems (VendorMate, Premier, MMIS)
