Responsibilities
Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served within assigned region
Personnel management and coordination of service delivery
Ensure individuals' service teams are operating and communicating effectively
Financial oversight of program
Qualification
Required
Four-year degree in social services or a related field
Previous Management level experience is required
Extensive experience in the field of developmental disabilities
At least 1 year of Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) experience
Extensive experience with youth in a residential setting
Preferred
Quality assurance experience is preferred
