Telco Provisioner
Cynet Systems is seeking a Telecommunications Provisioning Specialist to support provisioning calls, coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors, and ensure timely and accurate service delivery of telecommunications services. The role involves monitoring and troubleshooting provisioning issues, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in the development of best practices and processes.

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven experience in telecommunications provisioning or a similar role
Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems, including voice, data, and internet services
Proficiency with MS Office and network management/provisioning tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and determine root causes
Understanding of LEC/CLEC and IXC connectivity and telecom infrastructure
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Customer service oriented, eager to learn, and highly organized
Supporting provisioning calls and establishing telecommunications services
Collaborating with internal teams, customers, and external vendors to ensure accurate service delivery
Participating in calls with customers and internal teams to provide project status updates
Monitoring, troubleshooting, and confirming engineering solutions to prevent service delays
Maintaining accurate records and updating relevant systems
Assisting in the development and implementation of provisioning processes and best practices
